story of a particular product. Your client had a problem, and
you were able to resolve it with your product. This
usually fits an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper with word
count running between 500 and 1,500. Fees run between $800 -
$2,500 depending on length, topic and complexity.
Instruction manual - Easy how-to
use instructions for user, operations, installation and
maintenance of a product. $150 - $175 per page
Speech - 20 minutes given customer meetings, user conferences
and industry events. $1,500 - $4,000
Web site content - inside pages (1 - 2
single spaced pages printed) of website that contains
information about you, your product or service, and forms. $400
- $600 per web page. Home page $1,500
White paper - similar to a case study, a
white paper tells the reader how to improve what they are
already doing. It acts more like an ad for your product or
service without the look and feel of an ad. Average length
ranges between 3,000 - 4,000 words or 5 - 8 pages. Fees
run between $3,000 - $4,000 depending on length, topic and
complexity.
