Sales Letter - one to two page letter to generate leads. $500 - $2,000.  Fee includes copy for a simple reply card

Ghost Writing - feature articles usually 1,000 - 3,000 words used to generate publicity for your company and its products, services and/or capabilities. $1,000 - $4,000 depending on length, topic and complexity.

Booklet - Used for How-to and information to promote usage of a company's product or service's brand. These usually fit into a number 10 envelope, 4 to 12 pages in length totaling between 1,500 and 3,000 words.  $1,000 - $4,000 depending on length, topic and complexity.

Case Study (aka Case History) - A success story of a particular product. Your client had a problem, and you were able to resolve it with your product.  This usually fits an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper with word count running between 500 and 1,500. Fees run between $800 - $2,500 depending on length, topic and complexity.

Instruction manual - Easy how-to use instructions for user, operations, installation and maintenance of a product. $125 - $175 per page

Speech - 20 minutes given customer meetings, user conferences and industry events. $1,500 - $4,000

Web site content - inside pages (1 - 2 single spaced pages printed) of website that contains information about you, your product or service, and forms. $400 - $600 per web page which translates to . Home page $1,500

White paper - similar to a case study, a white paper tells the reader how to improve what they are already doing. It acts more like an ad for your product or service without the look and feel of an ad. Average length ranges between 3,000 - 4,000 words or 5 - 8 pages.  Fees run between $3,000 - $4,000 depending on length, topic and complexity.
